I have a rx 580 and overall when GPUs are enabled i’m only getting like 200 h/s – That seems very low and i’m better off mining a different coin.

Did you set cuda/opencl to true on the config.json file? You also need to add some .dll files for cuda.

XMRig is a mining software and it doesn’t pay to your Monero address but the pool where you are mining does.
