No, not a problem. I’m not so well informed, but what I _think_ has happened is that I just moved the private keys from 1 wallet to another wallet, so that new wallet can access the coins. So I think no actual transaction has been made, but just an exchange of keys.

I tried all the tips to establish the network connection.
Unfortunately, none of it worked. 🙁
Does anyone still have a good idea how I can restore the Electrum-Verge wallet ???
I would be really grateful for that!

Perfect solution. I tried all others above. Haven’t been paying attention since late 2017 haha.
Used these two websites
download XVG Electrum Tor Client 2.4.1 here github.com/vergecurrency/electrum-xvg-tor/releases
Follow these steps: verge.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015942172–Tor-Electrum-XVG-Beginner-s-Guide

BUT don’t create a new wallet, restore your wallet with your 9 word seed. Tor browser must be opened.
Create a new password. After that the wallet opens up. I did not have connection yet, but after restarting the wallet again I had connection…finally! 🙂
